Federal requirements for silencer/suppressor ownership are different than requirements for firearms ownership. Keep in mind that individual states may have additional requirements, while silencers/suppressors are completely illegal in eight states and Washington DC.

Each silencer or other NFA item must have its own tax stamp and we can assist with obtaining your tax stamp.
